adParagon ("we", "us") operates a rewarded offerwall network. Publishers ("you") embed the adParagon wall in their app or site using the keys we issue. Your users complete third-party offers; verified completions generate revenue that we share with you.
Your app key identifies your traffic; your app secret signs the server-to-server reward postbacks we send you. Keep the secret confidential — you're responsible for activity under your keys. One account per business; we approve accounts at our discretion.
You earn the publisher revenue share shown in your portal for each verified, non-reversed conversion. Balances are paid net-30 (earnings for a calendar month are paid within 30 days after that month ends), with a $25.00 minimum — balances below the minimum roll forward. Amounts are in USD. You are responsible for your own taxes.
A conversion counts when the advertiser's tracking confirms it and it passes our risk review. Advertisers may reverse conversions (fraud, chargebacks, policy); reversed amounts are deducted from your unpaid balance, or from future earnings if already paid. Conversions held for review are released or declined after investigation.
Prohibited: self-completion, bots or emulated devices, incentivizing fraudulent completions, misleading users about rewards, VPN/proxy laundering of geography, and any manipulation of tracking. We may withhold earnings attributable to fraudulent traffic and suspend accounts involved in it.
You must have the rights to monetize the property where the wall is embedded, disclose to users that offers are provided by adParagon and third parties, and comply with your platform's policies (App Store, Google Play) and applicable law, including obtaining any consents required for the data described in our privacy policy. The virtual currency you award users is yours to define and honor.
We screen offers against our content policy (no adult content, no real-money gambling, and other restricted verticals). You may additionally block categories or individual offers in your portal. We don't guarantee any particular offers, payout levels, or fill.
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination we pay out verified, non-reversed earnings above the minimum on the normal net-30 schedule; earnings from fraudulent traffic are forfeited.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is capped at the amounts paid or payable to you in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified through the portal or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
